- Notification Period: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery to request a return or refund. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we cannot accept returns after this period.
- Eligibility Requirements: To process your request, we require proof of purchase, along with photos showing the item’s condition upon delivery.

- Approval & Next Steps: Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions, which may include return directions or a replacement plan.
- Return Shipping: Gwadar Seafood will cover return shipping costs for cases involving our error or defective products.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Processing Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Orders: Items that are specially prepared (e.g., marinated or customized) are non-returnable.
- Extended Storage: Seafood kept beyond the 2-hour reporting period is not eligible for return or refund.

Hamare seafood ki quality aur freshness humari pehli tarjeeh hai. Agar aapko hamare products mein koi masla nazar aaye, toh hum apne return aur refund policy ke zariye aapki madad karne ke liye tayar hain.

- Notification: Hamare products ko receive karne ke baad 2 ghante ke andar humein contact karna zaroori hai.
- Zaroori Documents: Apna order number aur product ki tasveer (jo aapke issue ko dikhaye) bhejna hoga.
Return Kaise Karein?
- Contact Karein: Humse gwadarseafoods@gmail.com par ya 03331033307 par rabta karein. Order number aur tasveer bhejein taake hum aapki request dekh sakein.
- Approval: Agar humari team return approve kar leti hai, toh return ka tareeqa bataya jayega.
- Return Shipping: Agar galti humari ho, toh hum shipping cost cover karein ge.
Refund Ki Policy
- Refund Ka Tareeqa: Original payment method ya store credit — dono me se aapki preference par.
- Processing Time: Refund 7 business din tak lag sakta hai, depending on aapke bank ka process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Orders: Marinated ya specially prepared items return nahi kiya ja sakta.
- Time Passed: 2 ghante ke baad ki returns eligible nahi hoti.
