  • Once it's in stock, we’ll notify you and schedule your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in Karachi and Lahore.

  • Bank Transfer: Available for all cities, especially required for railway station delivery and prepaid orders.

  • EasyPaisa/JazzCash: Upon request, available in some areas.

  • Advance Payment: Mandatory for orders outside Karachi & Lahore or large custom orders.

Is cash on delivery available in all cities?

No. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore (within selected zones)

For all other cities, we require advance payment through bank transfer or jazzcash before processing the order. This helps avoid delays or spoilage during outstation deliveries

In which cities do you deliver?

We currently offer two types of delivery:

  • Home Delivery: Available in Karachi and Lahore. Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep.

  • Station Delivery (Other Cities): For cities like Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, Sukkur, etc., we offer delivery via railway cargo or courier services. You will need to pick up the parcel from the designated station or drop-off point.

We’re expanding gradually. For updated coverage or custom delivery requests, feel free to contact our team on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?

Yes, we deliver outside Karachi in two ways:

  • Lahore: Through our dedicated delivery partners, usually within 3–6 working days.

  • Other Cities (e.g., Islamabad, Faisalabad): Delivery is made to your nearest railway station or bus terminal. Prepayment is required for these orders.

Our packaging ensures the seafood remains fresh during transit.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Karachi: Usually within 24–48 hours of order placement

  • Lahore: Between 3–6 working days depending on availability

  • Other Cities: Once payment is confirmed, shipping typically takes 2–4 days via railway or courier cargo, depending on train/courier schedules

Note: Orders are processed early morning (usually between 4–6 AM), so timing your order a day in advance is recommended.

What are your delivery charges?

As of now, our delivery charges are:

  • Karachi (Standard): Rs. 300

  • Karachi (Bahria Town): Rs. 600

  • Lahore: Rs. 600

  • Other Cities (Railway Station Delivery): Rs. 1500 or based on packaging weight

  • Cooked Items (within Karachi): Charges may vary based on location and time

Free delivery may apply on special promotions or minimum order values (e.g., Rs. 9,999 and above but only for karachi). Charges may change depending on packaging size and weight.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Currently, we do not offer exact time-slot delivery, especially for uncooked seafood, as delivery depends on:

  • Cutting unit schedule

  • Product landing and availability

  • Delivery route planning

However, you can mention your preferred time range (e.g., after 5 PM), and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. For cooked food, we offer deliveries between 8 PM to 1 AM in Karachi.

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

If you miss your delivery:

  • Our rider will attempt to contact you at the provided number.

  • If unreachable, the order may be rescheduled or returned (in some cases, especially with perishable seafood, return may not be possible).

  • If you're not available, please inform our team in advance and provide an alternative contact number or person to receive the delivery.

How do you ensure the seafood stays fresh during delivery?

We follow a strict cold chain protocol:

  • Karachi deliveries are made using temperature-controlled motorbike boxes.

  • Outstation orders are packed in insulated thermopore boxes, wrapped in airtight plastic, and packed with ice gel packs or dry ice if needed.

  • Seafood is never stored overnight unless pre-ordered for next-day dispatch with customer consent.

We also cut and pack seafood just before delivery, ensuring you get the freshest product possible.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, but only for selected areas in Karachi, and only when:

  • The item is available in the market

  • The order is placed before 12:00 PM

  • Delivery capacity allows it (depending on route planning)

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed but can be requested via WhatsApp or during checkout notes. Cooked seafood may be available same evening if ordered by 6 PM.

Is free delivery available?

Yes, we offer free delivery under these conditions:

  • Karachi orders above Rs. 9,999

  • During specific promotions (e.g., Eid deals, Ramadan offers)

  • Occasionally for new customers or loyalty program members

Do you deliver to railway stations?

Yes. For cities outside Karachi and Lahore, we offer delivery to your nearest railway station using fast, cold-chain cargo.

How it works:

  • You place and pay for the order in advance

  • We pack the seafood in secure, insulated boxes

  • Your parcel is sent on the earliest available train

  • You collect it from the station based on the provided tracking info

Our team will guide you with the tracking number and train schedule. Delivery charges apply based on city and box size.

Is your seafood wild-caught or farmed?

Our seafood is primarily wild-caught directly from the Arabian Sea, ensuring natural taste, superior quality, and freshness. Species such as pomfret, snapper, tuna, and kingfish are caught daily from Karachi Fish Harbor.

For freshwater fish like Rohu, Mori, and Tilapia, we also source from clean, regulated fish farms within Pakistan where quality and hygiene are strictly monitored.

We clearly label the source of each item on our product page so you always know what you're buying.

Where do you source your seafood from?

We source all seafood directly from trusted suppliers and auction points at the Karachi Fish Harbor — one of Pakistan’s largest seafood hubs. We also work with:

  • Local boats operating in Gwadar, Pasni, and Ormara

  • Trusted fish farms for select freshwater species

  • Seasonal supply lines for items like squid, oysters, and prawns

This allows us to offer a wide selection of freshly caught seafood with full traceability and consistent availability.

Are all items available year-round?

Not all seafood is available throughout the year. Availability depends on seasonal fishing cycles, weather conditions, and catch volume. For example:

  • Squid and octopus are more common from September to March

  • Pomfret and kingfish are usually caught year-round, but may vary in size

  • Lobsters and crabs are seasonal and in high demand during winter.

What’s the difference between sea fish and freshwater fish?

 

  • Sea Fish are caught from the ocean (saltwater) and include species like Pomfret, Tuna, Kingfish, and Snapper. These fish generally have a firm texture and bold flavor.

  • Freshwater Fish come from rivers, lakes, or ponds and include species like Rohu, Tilapia, and Mori. These are typically milder in flavor and softer in texture.

Choosing between them depends on your taste preference and the type of dish you're preparing. Both types are available in raw and marinated form.

Are the fish cleaned before delivery?

Yes. All fish are:

  • Scaled (if needed)

  • Cleaned internally (guts removed)

  • Washed with clean, filtered water

  • Cut as per your selected style (e.g., steak, fillet, boneless)

We do not deliver uncleaned fish unless specifically requested. You can also leave cutting instructions during checkout to guide our team.

Do you sell live seafood?

Currently, we do not deliver live seafood due to transportation and handling limitations. However, all seafood is processed the same day it's caught or received from the harbor to maintain peak freshness.

If you need special items like live crabs or lobsters for events or bulk supply, you can contact us directly, and we’ll try to arrange a custom order.

Are prawns deveined?

Yes. All prawns are:

  • Properly cleaned

  • Head removed (if selected)

  • Shell-on or shell-off (based on your choice)

Do you provide full fillet cutting?

Do you clean the head and tail?

Yes. All seafood is cleaned thoroughly before delivery. Unless requested otherwise:

How fresh is the seafood?

Our seafood is sourced fresh daily from the Karachi Fish Harbor and trusted suppliers. We never use preserved or old stock. Once the seafood is received:

  • Delivered directly to you with cold-chain handling

For cities outside Karachi, seafood is dispatched on the day of arrival or catch and packed with insulation and cooling packs to maintain freshness during transit.

Do you freeze the seafood before delivery?

For Karachi and nearby areas, seafood is delivered chilled, not frozen, ensuring you get it as fresh as possible. We pack it immediately after cleaning and cutting to preserve its natural texture and taste.

For outstation orders, seafood is lightly frozen for safe transport. It is packed in insulated thermopore boxes to maintain temperature for several hours until you receive it. No artificial preservatives or long-term freezing is used.

How should I store the seafood once I receive it?

Once you receive your seafood:

  • If using the same day: Keep it in the refrigerator (0–4°C)

  • If using after 1–2 days: Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate

  • For longer storage: Freeze the seafood immediately, preferably in sealed zip-lock or vacuum bags

For marinated items, always refrigerate and consume within 1–2 days for best flavor.

Will the seafood arrive frozen or chilled?
