Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives in a condition that does not meet our quality promise due to damage, spoilage, or an incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or refund. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Notification Period: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery to request a return or refund. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we cannot accept returns after this period.
  • Eligibility Requirements: To process your request, we require proof of purchase, along with photos showing the item’s condition upon delivery.

  2. Approval & Next Steps: Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps, which may involve return instructions or a replacement arrangement.
  3. Return Shipping: For eligible returns, Gwadar Seafood will cover shipping costs in cases of error or defect.

Refund Policy

Once we confirm your request, a refund will be processed promptly:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please specify your preferred method when contacting us.
  • Processing Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above:

  • Customized Orders: Items that are prepared to order (e.g., marinated or specially processed) cannot be returned.
  • Extended Storage: Seafood kept beyond the 2-hour reporting window after delivery does not qualify for a refund.

  2. Approval: Agar humari team aapki return ko approve kar leti hai, toh aapko return ka tareeqa bataya jayega.
  3. Return Shipping: Eligible returns ke liye, Gwadar Seafood galat ya defective items par shipping costs cover karega.

Refund Ki Policy

Agar aapka return request approve ho jata hai, toh hum aapko paise wapas kar denge:

  • Refund Ka Tareeqa: Refund original payment method ya store credit ke zariye kiya jayega. Refund preference specify karne ke liye humse contact karein.
  • Processing Time: Aapke refund ko 7 business din tak complete hone mein lag sakte hain.

Non-Returnable Items

Kuch items return nahi kiye ja sakte:

  • Customized Orders: Marinated ya specially prepared items ko return nahi kiya ja sakta.
  • Time Passed: Agar aap product ko 2 ghante baad return karte hain, toh wo qualify nahi karega.
